I know I promised photos from inside the castle, but it will have to wait just a little while longer. I visited my family in Bruges yesterday, so I was out all day and I had no time to edit the photos. Instead I’m sharing this lovely door I discovered on one of my recent photo walks in Antwerp.

Europe has the most amazing doors. This is so detailed and very unique. I've never seen a door like it. It looks so large and heavy.

Gorgeous door and it looks heavy but it has the tiny door handle on it so I guess it must not be so heavy? I need a new door and non of the ones I have looked at are even close to the beauty of this door. Always such beauty in unexpected items since now almost every thing is mass produced.
