Baby it's Cold Outside ...

A cold wave has struck Belgium over the weekend. It started with a little bit of snow on Tuesday, and by Friday evening there was a thick white blanket. Temperatures around -12°C in Antwerp, even colder in the southern part of Belgium. Time to get those snow boots out after all and go out photo hunting ...

I needed some pictures for my photo class exam, so we took off with the camera and the tripod and spent some time in Antwerp central station. Lots and lots of photo opportunities there ...

I wanted to make more and better shots so I returned two days later, just after sunset.
We took the elevator to the roof of the building above and took the next couple of panoramic night views of Antwerp.
