Last Wednesday was a gorgeous day for a city walk and I ended up exploring a neighborhood I had never been to before. My walk began at the old train station Antwerp Dam.
The neighborhood is part of a renovation project, but some of the old buildings still stand.
While Nature slowly takes over …
This is one of the new projects …
Where graffiti is considered art.
There will be more pictures of this art project in the days to come.
Meanwhile, you’ll find more photography by me at Heavenin365, and other Weekly Winners posts at I am Lotus
I thought the castle would also be a perfect Sepia Scenes subject. Enjoy …
But no matter how pretty in sepia, I just HAD to add the full color of that one.
The light was just too pretty!
More Sepia Scenes here.
Don’t forget to drop by Heavenin365, the new photo blog.
Every step I took, every time the light changed,
… everywhere I looked was a different picture.
The beautiful light of the “golden hour” made it look like Fall instead of Winter.
There was nobody around but us.
The whole place breathed peacefulness.
Look at that light …
I mean LOOK at that? Beautiful isn’t it?
Now turn around one more time…
I hope you enjoyed the walk with me. There will be a couple more tomorrow, can you believe this? I don’t think I’ve ever made so many photos from one and the same place ever!
