I was a little bit at a loss for a Midweek Blues post today but then I got the idea to just grab my camera and document my day.

This is the view from my patio. This is how my day started out. See that little patch of blue there? This is the happiest color of blue there is. It’s the promise of a beautiful day.
I love this view. It’s the old windmill where my neighbors live.

I love it when I can throw open windows and doors and listen to the peaceful early morning sounds, the birds singing, and the murmuring sound of the water fountain.
Everything is still so peaceful.
Time to wave my husband goodbye and go about the business of the day ...
… have another cup of coffee, check my emails and visit some blogs!

I love how tidy my kitchen looks.

Oh and don’t you just love how the sun flirts with the pansies?

I could not resist taking this photo, even though there is no blue in it. The rhododendron is at the peak of it’s beauty, and I bet you can hear this little bee buzz?
Pretty little pink flowers against a blue sky. My hanging baskets are thriving. I’m going to have to water them tonight.
And this is what I had for lunch. Baked Dover sole with grilled asparagus, carrots and red bell pepper. It tasted even more delicious because I was able to eat outside.
I even used a blue plate, how about that eh? I love how the blue brings out the greens, and makes the reds look more vibrant. Pretty isn’t it?
Oops. I’m sorry. Did I make you hungry?
