Spending some time in my grandmother’s village is always a treat for me.
My grandmother passed away many years ago, and my family does not live there anymore, but I’m so fond of that pure and unspoiled scenery that I love to go back there and let the memories carry me back to my childhood.
The weather did not really cooperate, it’s a little gloomy and gray, but still…
I hope you’ll enjoy my rubies …
The church is never far away.

Everything looks so peaceful! I LOVE cows, too! I collect anything with cows. MOOO! (((HUGS)))
I'm not sure if I LOVE cows, but I do love that picture of the cows. Your pictures reminded me that I may need to make a trip to the countryside soon, just for the change of scenery.
Yes it looks a peaceful, makes me miss the Farm life.
Making it easier for you to visit My Ruby Link for you
Always enjoy looking at your pictures. Nice shots again.
LOVE that cow photo!
Thank you for the tour of the countryside. I might just settle down on the hay and stay a while.
I love visiting quaint European villages...it is so peaceful.
I love cows - they're Hamburgers on the hoof.
And your pictures are, as always, perfect.
You have inspired me to get more creative with my photos, which is why I turned a few sepia. :-)
Peaceful scenes! Love the cows all looking your way!
I used to love cows until I became friends with a dairy farmer who decidedly does not love cows!
Beautiful pictures! Cows are so photogenic, as are chickens.
Love this quaint village! I miss the days of long ago when everything was such a simple way of life, laid-back, no hurries. I miss my childhood and all the people that were in it. Thanks for the beautiful photos you always have!
loved your ruby walk--and I love cows too. If you have a picture of cows (with a ruby gate) that you can enlarge let me know.
It looks so beautiful and peaceful - like time has stood still.
I love all the cows peeking at us! Did you call out to them? Very pretty!
That last shot of the cows is great!
