Melli had been praying for the leaves to stay on long enough for me to be able to enjoy them, and her prayers were heard. The beauty of the colors of Fall was something I had never seen before. This is a little pond not too far from her home.
More Weekend Reflections at James’ place.
Have a great Weekend!

I'm glad too that you saw some autumn colors while here Jientje! Maryland isn't too far from my home here in Ohio! Beautiful photo!

This is gorgeous. I love the pink flowers in the foreground.
Nice shot. Yes, fall in parts of the States is very special and beautiful. Really enjoy your photography.
Nicely composed!
I'm so glad you got to see our fall colors. You captured their essence beautifully.
I have snow today. :)
They performed WELL for you! They are all naked now!
You have a good eye for composition. Your photo captures the fall colors and the sense of place. A bit more contrast would make this photo even better.
Oh this is beautiful. I just love the rich color. Our leaves are down and we had snow flurries today. Glad you got a kick out of the Belgian chocolates! I didn't think of it that way. LOL.
Oh Maryland is beautiful in the fall.
Autumn is always such a colorful time of the year with warm colors but cooler temps. Your photo is lovely.

How gorgeous!
A beautiful reflection!
Happy weekend!
Excellent capture
I would love to journey to the US and take in all the autumn colours. You have done such a good job capturing both the colours and their reflections.
This would make a lovely post card.
Truly? Do your leaves not change there?
Beautiful...there is so much color to see in the picture, wild flowers, algae in the water...
We did not get the nice colors this year. Everything stayed green for so long because the weather was so warm and then we had a killer frost that just turned the leaves brown.
Beautiful reflection. The colors really are magnificent, glad that Mother Nature waited for you! Kathy
